About Us

My Story

Find your path to wellness through personalized, data-driven health coaching.

I know what it’s like to feel unheard, exhausted, and stuck in a body that isn’t functioning the way it should. At 29, after years of unexplained symptoms and countless misdiagnoses, I was finally diagnosed with lupus nephritis.

But my story with chronic illness started long before that.

Growing up, I watched my mother battle Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and chronic fatigue.

I saw firsthand the toll it took on her body and spirit. When I began facing my own health challenges, I refused to accept the same fate.

I knew there had to be a different path.

One that went deeper than symptoms and prescriptions.

From Patient to Practitioner

Determined to heal, I took my health into my own hands. I revamped my lifestyle — improving my diet, movement, and mindset.

Those changes helped, but they weren’t enough.

Everything changed when I discovered Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN).

Through functional lab testing, I finally uncovered the why behind my symptoms.

I learned how to support my body at its core—not just patch over problems. Now, as a certified FDN Practitioner, I use the same approach that helped me heal to help others do the same.

My Philosophy as a Coach

I’m not here to diagnose, treat, or label you — I’m here to listen, investigate, and guide.

As your functional health coach, I help you:
